(1090 The Fan) — We all know about the additions the Seahawks made during the offseason — all of which has the 12th Man pretty damn excited.
Being that the team is stacked in some areas, there promises to be some solid competition at this year’s training camp.
Dan Tylicki of the Bleacher Report breaks down these battles and lets us know what to expect from the veterans and newbies.

The wide receiving corps is a particular area that will see some battles. Percy Harvin, Sidney Rice, Golden Tate and Doug Baldwin expect to be the “go-to” guy for Russell Wilson in 2013.
Last year, Wilson’s two favorite targets were Rice and Tate — Baldwin being a reliable target off the bench. Tylcki says the acquisition of Harvin complicates things a little bit. Though the chemistry between Russell, Rice and Tate is tight, it’ll be hard to not make Harvin the number one receiver.
In 2012, Harvin had 2,512 total yards and 14 touchdowns — 1,000 more yards than any other Seahawk receiver.
In regards to who can be the number two receiver, Tylick says, “Right now, neither Rice nor Tate has the clear inside track,” and that the “battle could very well go down to the final preseason game.”
